PROSOLV® SMCC, silicified microcrystalline cellulose, is a combination of microcrystalline cellulose and colloidal silicon dioxide. It is a high functionality and multifunctional excipient, requires less complex processing, and has high inherent functionality which is passed on to the drug formulation.

PRUV®, Sodium Stearyl Fumarate

PRUV® is a tablet lubricant specifically designed for use in formulations in which other lubricants lead to problems including: API incompatibility, over lubrication, poor compaction, poor stability, and film formation in effervescent tablets. It is the preferred lubricant for high-speed direct compression of tablets, speeds product development, and does not negatively affect the bioavailability of certain APIs.
