Meridian Signs Distribution Contract With LipoLaser USA For Ohio, Indiana And Kentucky State

PBR Staff Writer Published 28 May 2009

Meridian Medical Inc., North American distributor for Meridian Co., Ltd. (Meridian), has signed agreement with LipoLaser USA as a distributor for Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky state. As per the contract, LipoLaser USA has purchased an initial order of 10 units of the Lapex 2000 BCS and is committed to purchase an additional 90 units over the next 30 months.

The president and chief executive officer of LipoLaser Bob Arrasmith opened the first LipoLaser clinic in October of 2008, and he is already expanding into the Tri-State area of Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky. We are extremely excited about the future of our companies. It would appear our LipoLaser Clinic is a recession proof business based on our last 6 months, says Arrasmith. These are some pretty tough economic times, but our business is not just thriving, we are expanding. Mark Goetz of MHG Leasing, a shareholder of LipoLaser USA, has provided leasing options for individuals looking to incorporate the device into their business model. LipoLaser is located in the Chamber of Commerce Center, Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky.

It is extremely important that our distribution partners share our goals and have the ability to provide customers with first class service, support, and distribution. Arrasmith, president of LipoLaser clearly fits the criteria we identified to promote our products effectively, said Robert J. Krznaric, chief executive officer of Meridian Medical Inc.
