Agitation Systems

DASGIP Agitation Systems are available with magnetically coupled bottom drives or direct coupled overhead drives, even within one system's set-up.

As a component of DASGIP Parallel Bioreactor Systems, they provide many features:

• Magnetic drives for cell culture (2-500rpm) and microbiology (60rpm-1500rpm)
• Support of single position magnetic stir plates or the DASGIP Bioblock
• Support of direct coupled overhead drives (30rpm-1600rpm)
• Digitally controlled speed with high accuracy (+/-1rpm)
• Up to eight speed controllers in one module
• Agitation profiles and trigger automation
• PID-control of dissolved oxygen by agitation or by a cascade with agitation

Alternatively, one or more modules can be operated as a stand-alone unit and/or integrated into third-party systems. The DASGIP EasyAccess software package available for every module allows easy operation, online monitoring and data logging.
