Gene Expression Analysis

Fios Genomics can offer comprehensive analysis of gene expression profiling data from all the major commercial microarray platforms (Affymetrix, Illumina, Agilent, RocheNimblegen), as well custom microarray platforms and exon arrays.

Epigenetic and miRNA Analysis

We offer a range of analysis services including DNA methylation and miRNA profiling, and ChIP-on-chip analysis for identification of factors regulating the expression of genes or biomarkers implicated in disease or drug response.

SNP Genotyping, CNV and Linkage Analysis
