In our GMP and DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 certified facilities we produce minerals which comply with diverse regulatory requirements, current pharmacopoeias or customer specifications. To support our customers in their registration efforts we prepare DMFs and have CEPs available for a growing number of products.
We develop and optimize products and qualities according to customer request. This optimization includes the adaptation of chemical and physical parameters such as bulk density, particle size, purity and pH-value. We apply technologies like microencapsulation, granulation, milling and premixing.
Our superior products are our low-endotoxin products. These products are manufactured in purpose-built facilities and/or taking particular precautions, such as use of guaranteed low-endotoxin process water, etc.

The manufacturer of these products is obliged to observe the special regulations specified by the relevant pharmacopoeias and GMP. According to these regulations, once the solutions have been prepared, they must be filtrated and sterilised and, if necessary, subjected to pyrogen or endotoxin testing.
At present, thirteen low-endotoxin mineral salts based on calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium are available. Custom manufacturing of new low-endotoxin products is also possible!
