Laprolan distributes wound care, ostomy care and urology products into the Dutch market.
As per the agreement, Laprola is expected to receive around EUR10.35m from Rochester Medical in cash.
Rochester Medical president and CEO Anthony Conway said the acquisition when completed fits nicely with their ongoing plan to expand the direct branded presence in mainland Europe.
"Laprolan has distribution rights to products in wound care, ostomy care and urology products in the Netherlands and its product lines and sales presence are a welcome addition to the Rochester Medical product offering and team," Conway said.
