The company’s X-ray powder diffraction analysis suite HighScore (Plus) is a powerful and versatile tool that quickly and reliably analyses huge amounts of X-ray powder diffraction data.

HighScore (Plus) combines analytical features such as phase identification, using commercial and custom databases, with advanced pattern fitting methods for quantification (of crystalline and amorphous phases) and to refine and determine structures, the pair distribution function, crystallographic properties (such as indexing  and space group determination) with easy automation possibilities by batch processing.
