news.NJM Packaging has launched the new Model 402 final touch Print & Apply Labeler in the US, which is designed to maximize production, reduce maintenance and total cost of ownership.

The affordable, smaller footprint Model 402 makes operation simple with less moving parts, while maintaining the rugged reliability of NJM’s family of labelers.
Capable of applying vertical and horizontal labels at speeds up to 60 per minute, the 402 Final Touch is suitable for foods, beverages, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, household chemicals and other packaged products.
NJM’s 402 Print & Apply labeler can operate in combination with any off-the-shelf print engine as the labeler’s controls are fully integrated with the printer’s controls.
The standard Model 402 Final Touch applies labels from 0.625in to 4.5in wide, with an option to up to 7.1in wide, depending on the printer.
For easy installation on new packaging lines easy, the 402 can also be integrated with a vision inspection system and rejection system to automatically remove cases/bundles with faulty labels from the production line.
