news.DSM Pharmaceutical Products, the manufacturing business of Royal DSM NV, has signed a manufacturing and supply agreement with New Jersey-based QRxPharma for its novel pain management product MoxDuo capsules.

The deal covers the production of MoxDuo Capsules, which will be supplied in the US market through 2015 and an immediate-release Dual Opioid pain therapy containing morphine and oxycodone.
DSM will supply commercial volumes upon marketing approval.
DSM Pharmaceuticals president Hans Engels said the company is happy to have partnered with QRxPharma for the supply of its products.
"Combining the expertise of QRx in developing innovative medicines with DSM’s strength in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), enforced by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and supply chain management will provide a superior solution for patients," Engels added.
