Bausch & Lomb to introduce eye care products in India

Bausch & Lomb intends to introduce a range of ophthalmic products in Indian market, as part of its plans to strengthen its presence globally.

Initially, the company plans to roll out approximately 10-12 eye care pharma products in the metro cities of India by end of July, Pharmabizz reported.

Bausch & Lomb‘s pharmaceutical product portfolio comprises a range of prescription and over-the-counter eye drops, generic medicines and other medications.

The website has quoted the company’s spokesperson as saying that the company will initiate outsourcing its products from Bangalore based Micro Labs.
