Bruker Expands its Portfolio for Solutions in the Dairy Industry

Bruker launched the MIRA milk analyser based on infrared (IR) technology and the GLOBULYSER for analysing the homogeniser efficiency of raw milk and liquid milk products.

The MIRA features an exceptionally easy-to-use design in a high-precision analyser with proven IR technology. MIRA is exceptionally robust delivering a cost-effective solution for quality control of raw milk, processed or standardized milk, whey and cream.

The GLOBULYSER has been developed in close cooperation with the dairy industry to create an easy-to-use stand-alone analyser for the determination of the mean fat globule size in milk and liquid milk products, and in dissolved milk powders.

Vice-president of Bruker Optics Dr Joerg-Peter Conzen commented: “With these two additions to our current portfolio, we perfectly complement our proven dairy analysers based on FT-NIR spectroscopy, and can now provide even more cost-effective solutions for any dairy company.”
