Business is dynamic - so why should content management be static?

Published 05 October 2011 | By NNIT

In this article, I present an emerging and radically new approach to content management. This approach focusses not solely on content, but on the context of that content. I claim that this approach not only modernises and optimises the use of business documentation, but also dramatically reduces the costs of validating content management systems in pharmaceutical companies. This confirms Gartner's conclusion that context-aware computing generally provides significant competitive advantages.
