Synthos 3000

Parallel microwave synthesis platform for pharmaceutical research laboratories.

Synthos 3000 provides everything modern organic synthesis labs need: reaction screening experiments
in μg scale utilising sealable microtiter plates, method optimisation and gram-scale library generation in up to 96 vials, plus the parallel production of 100 g and more in a single run.

The employed silicon carbide technology allows the efficient use of non-polar solvents, which are normally not applicable to microwave operations. All configurations allow operation conditions in closed containers of at least 20 bar at 200°C. Special equipment for up to 80 bar at 300°C is available.

Reactions are controlled precisely using remote temperature and pressure probes or infrared sensors. Together with built-in stirring, reaction documentation and on-site automated temperature calibration this will help to implement Synthos 3000 in GxP procedures.
