Rototron

The ROTOTRON^® RT is a jet flow agitator with mixing performance greater than a traditional propeller mixer. The special geometry of the rotor and the jet-tube allows low drive powers at nevertheless high and directed circulation capacity. The ROTOTRON^® jet stream agitator stands out for an extremely strong axial conveying effect.

The ROTOTRON^® RT is mainly used when a mixing product has to be intensively circulated, even at high viscosities (approx. 15.000 mPas). Due to its high flow characteristics, the machine can be mounted in almost any position and is also suitable for unfavorable container dimensions and shapes.

Standard machines in KD execution can be operated under pressures up to (16 bar), and temperatures of up to 160° C.

Applications:

The RT is used for mixing and solving of flocculants and gels, suspensions of polishes and enamels, homogenizing of bath essences and various other applications.
