my-Control

my-Control is the dedicated control system for small scale bioreactors.

One control system can control 250ml up to 1000ml MiniBio bioreactors and autoclavable bioreactors up to 3L. The small footprint of the control system and utility tower minimises benchspace. The embedded webserver allows easy operation using a webbrowser on any PC in the network.Up to 32 systems can be coupled to one human interface. My-Control measures and controls pH, temperature, Dissolved Oxygen, Foam, Level and agitation speed. The optional I/O system enhances the capability of the controller with another four controllops.

• Extended liquid additions options tuned to small scale cultivation via up to six digital variable speed pumps or microaddition valves for extremely accurate microliter volumes
• Enhanced gas addition strategies via up to four Mass Flow Controllers
• No water connections needed due to electrical cooling and heating system for bioreactor and condenser
• Expandable control system with optional extra inputs and outputs
• USB connection for optional Biomass or Fluorophor pH and DO sensors
