Multiwave 3000

Sample preparation for the chemical analysis of pharmaceuticals.

Multiwave 3000 is designed for maximum productivity in the preparation of a wide range of pharmaceutical samples for organic and inorganic analysis. Samples are then ready for subsequent analysis using methods such as AAS, ICP, GC or HPLC. Acid digestion reactions at up to 300°C and 80 bar at the same time facilitate total mineralisation.

Ingenious sensor and safety technologies enable quality control of up to 48 samples in parallel or the treatment of different substances within one run. Multiwave 3000 also provides simultaneous pressure control at all positions to ensure precise control of critical reactions.

Solvent extraction and derivatization in closed vessels saves valuable time and reagents. Total parameter control, documentation of reactions and automated calibration routines comply with the requirements of GLP and GMP. The instrument’s high safety standard is certified with ETL and GS approvals.
