Did you know that your blood and urine are sophisticated mixtures of several thousand substances? Those substances, their concentrations and ratios can provide a whole lot of information on what is going on in your metabolic system.

For example the size distribution of lipoproteins in your blood, small particles that are the transport vehicles for cholesterol in your bloodstream, is an indicator for your personal risk of atherosclerotic diseases (e.g. heart attack or stroke) at a very early stage.

In contrast to the analytic methods commonly applied today, the overall cholesterol concentration is determined. The patented method of LipoFIT allows the the direct determination of the size and amount of the lipoprotein particles. In accordance with the latest medical standard, with this information a more precise prediction of your individual health risks is possible – much more precise than any prediction that is solely based on overall HDL and LDL concentrations.
