As a service, we combine CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing and cellular reprogramming to generate iPS cells with your modification of interest. Whether you would like to introduce a mutation known to cause disease or correct a mutation in cells from disease backgrounds, we can help.

We verify all modifications using sequences to ensure we provide clonal iPS cell populations for use in your experiments. You can combine this service with our iPS cell reprogramming or differentiation services to take advantage of our flexible systems to obtain the cells that are most useful for your research. The resulting cell types can be utilized in a number of applications such as pre-clinical screening, therapeutic development and characterization of disease states in vitro.
