iPS Cell-Derived Cortical Neurons

Available in ready-to-use 96 well-plated formats, Axol’s human cerebral cortical neurons are ideal for your drug screening needs. Cells can be provided from healthy or patients with diagnosed diseases e.g. Alzheimer’s Disease and have been fully characterized both in house and by our expert collaborators. Our cerebral cortical neurons express typical markers including Tbr1, Ctip2, Brn2 and Cux1. We have shown that these cells are suited for long-term culture and become electrically active. We can schedule delivery according to your experimental needs so you have cells on hand at the time you require!
