Human iPSC-derived neural stem cells are fantastic tools for in vitro disease modeling. We perform directed differentiation from iPS cells using footprint-free technology to generate an expandable population of human neural stem cells from numerous donors.
We supply neural stem cells from donors with healthy backgrounds or from patients with confirmed diseases including Alzheimer’s Disease and Huntington’s Disease. Our fully characterized neural stem cells have the capacity to differentiate into a spectrum of cortical neurons. With benefits including lot-to-lot consistency and strict quality assurance procedures, our cellular models and associated xeno-free cell culture systems are reliable tools suitable for a range of applications, including high throughput screening and toxicology testing.
