E2R System

The E2R system is a modular system, performing a complex operation of manufacturing processes related to the various phases of the weighing process. Thanks to its modular design, the system is very flexible and can be easily tailored to the profile, characteristics and individual customer requirements.

The dedicated database ensures the reliable operation of the system and the possibility of a seamless cooperation between various modules. This is particularly important when recording data from the weighings for the continuous production process, where any failure of the weighing system has a direct impact on the ongoing production.

The system is also open to cooperation with many programs supporting HR, accounting and administration departments. The data is stored in a computer database supported by MS SQL 2000/2005/2008. We offer an option of adapting the E2R System for customers’ individual requirements subject to additional surcharge.

Application

The main task of the E2R System is comprehensive real-time support for both integrated and individual distributed weighing systems.

The scope of this service includes:

• Continuous and secure weighing data collection and recording it in a database
• Buffering of collected weighing records and transferring them into a database
• Full support of the weighing process according to scheduled orders
• Data synchronisation with all the components of the system modules
• Full integration with external production and administration systems (cooperation with external programs: warehouse management systems, invoicing, accountacy and ERP systems)
• Full compatibility with RADWAG Weighing Systems

The system can operate directly in production halls, even in very adverse conditions, because it works through special weighing terminals and labeling-weighing devices are resistant to harsh ambient conditions. The data recorded by the system, are transferred directly into the database (with PUE5) or indirectly (with WPW and PUE 7, using the E2R Synchroniser). The E2R system consists of PC modules acting as managing software and modules for terminals serving as implementing software. Each module has the option of printing the generated report, directly or indirectly through Ethernet network. The system allows for on-line monitoring of the operating status of all the scales connected to the system thanks to the special visualisation application – E2R SyncManger.
