DMA 5000 M with Xsample 452

Highest accuracy required for infusions

The DMA 5000 M density meter provides the highest accuracy on the market. In pharmaceutical industry highest quality of samples is demanded, therefore this density meter is heavily applied in this industry for leaving behind traditional measuring limits. It is used for quantifying alcoholic strength in binary mixtures, measuring the concentration of infusion solutions or checking the density of liquid ingredients.

Equipped with a digital camera the entire sample being measured is clearly visible. In case of potential filling
problems, the operator is warned and the image of the measuring chamber is stored automatically – a useful
feature, especially in combination with an automatic sample changer, like Xsample 452. In this way the quality of the filling, and therefore the quality of the results, can be verified at any time.

For valuable active ingredients the operator can activate the sample recovery option of Xsample 452: after each measurement the sample is returned to the sample vial from which it was filled.
