Darbox Complete Service – Supply of Flexible Packaging: In-Liners, Bags

Darbox offers a complete service to assist companies who require flexible packaging such as liners and bags made to exact dimensions and requirements, including multi-layer laminated side-gusset or flat bags.

Liners are made of Food-Approved materials and comply with FDA and EC directives and regulations for food safety.

Flexible Packaging liners and bags can be custom-made to fit exact dimensions and requirements, including adjusting thickness, weight and grade of materials to be appropriate to the characteristics of the product packed.

Multi-layer liners include PET/AL/PE, a high barrier often used in the pharmaceutical and fine chemical industry. This consists of biaxially-oriented polyester film, aluminum film for high barrier that is laminated to co-extruded polyethylene film with low temperaturePE as heat seal layer.

Please note: Darbox heavy-duty containers generally do not require the use of liner bags, and are homologated and UN-certified without requiring liners.

Examples of flexible packaging types supplied to clients by Darbox (other sizes and types available):

• Multi-layer PET/AL/PE Side-gusset (with side folds) liners, for example PET12 /ALU8 / PE100, ref# SA74, dimensions 400 x 200/200 x 1100
• Flat bags, both multi-layer and single layer, for example PET12 /ALU9 / PE100, ref# SL70, dimensions 810 x 1420, or LDPE single-layer 80-120 micron
• Round-bottom liners, for example round cylindrical or conical, ref# SRBL52, dimensions 280 x 360 mm
• Thermoform seamless form liners, for examples round cylindrical or conical, ref# STHS45, dimensions 280 x 360 mm, PE or PP
