Gas Analyser for Bioprocesses

More info about

BCP-H2

Hydrogen sensor BCP-H2 for in-situ measuring.

The BCP-H2 series’ exceedingly robust and reasonably priced sensors can be easily integrated directly into the gas lines. For example, you can then measure the hydrogen concentrations in waste gasses from fermentations, independent of the gas flow.

Additional gas coolers, pumps and valves are not needed to make the measurements. The sensors measure at the point where things are happening. Fast and reliable measurement data without a lot of maintenance are the result. With the aid of standard interfaces, the sensors can be connected to any process control system.

Your advantages:

– Low cost
– In-situ gas analysis
– Low investment cost
– Direct integration in gas pipes
– No extra gas cooler
– Installation of additional gas pipes is not necessary
– Fast installation due to standard connection
– Low maintenance costs
– Justification by the month
– Long-term stable
– Factory calibration is made with certificated test gasses
