Trinean’s proprietary cDrop software is used to isolate the profile of the desired molecule from the measured ultraviolet (UV) / visible light (VIS) spectrum. This distinguishes it from absorbing sample contaminants.

The specific RNA profile is then used to determine the RNA concentration.
