HPLC and GC are the commonly used chromatographic techniques in the analysis of starting materials,
process intermediates and active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) in R&D at GSK. HPTLC capabilities
are in place, but are not used routinely. However this technique has proven to be an ideal solution
