PharmaVigilant upgrades InSpire EDC system to support multiple languages

InSpire now supports Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Dutch, English, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and Icelandic as well as Malay and Swahili languages, with additional languages to be added in a multi-phased approach.

PharmaVigilant claims that with the integrated approach, InSpire eliminates the need for separate systems and ensures fast study start up and data lock by providing unique, role-specific work flow tools empowering sites to enter and review data with minimal training.

PharmaVigilant founder and CEO James DeSanti said that the adoption of remote monitoring was a key driver for the expansion of the system to multiple languages, as sponsors look to ensure that essential documents maintain regulatory compliance.

"With clinical trials continuing to expand globally and into new and emerging regions, this enhancement offers users the ability to access our technology at anytime, from anywhere in the world, and now in multiple languages," DeSanti said.
