Trigona oHG, a privately-held chemical company, is engaged in the synthesis, development and multi-kilogram manufacturing of chemical products.

These products are intermediates, building blocks, macromers, analytical standards and compositions. Trigona's products are applied in pharmaceutical and other healthcare products, in polymers and agrochemicals, in conventional and renewable energy devices, in surface coatings, and widely in R&D.

Contract research, route scouting and process development

In addition Trigona offers contract research, route scouting and process development. Reactions are carried out in conventional reactors as well as in mini- and microreactors. The temperature range is -100°C to +200°C. Besides standard reactions special skills are available for metal organic reactions and isocyanate chemistry.

NMR-spectrometers

The analytical capabilities include NMR-spectrometers and a DSC. The organisational structure is related to ISO 9001. Documentation practice, project handling, certification and retain sample systems are based on SOP's. For specific products GxP audits are carried out by Trigona's customers on a regular basis.
