PleaseTech – Collaborative Review and Authoring Solutions

PleaseTech Ltd is a software products company offering unique software solutions for the collaborative review and co-authoring of documents and other content.

Documents produced by businesses are usually the result of a collaborative process involving input from multiple authors and reviewers. The document production process is critical for business, yet it is frequently chaotic, causing frustration and a considerable amount of wasted time. Streamlining this process represents a low-cost "quick win", which is exactly the type of project required in today's cash-strapped environment.

Review and co-authoring

PleaseReview, our principle product, provides the simultaneous, collaborative review and co-authoring of Word and other document types. PleaseReview will make the document creation process less tedious and more efficient and will significantly reduce the time required.

Streamlining document production

PleaseTech has a global client base. About 80% of our customers are in the US with the remaining 20% spread across Europe, Japan and Australasia.

The majority of our customers are in the life sciences market, where clients range from biotech start-ups to the top ten of the pharmaceutical sector. Our customer base also covers the sectors defence, financial services, software engineering, law, utilities, media and education.

PleaseTech is based in the UK, with a development team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and a presence on the US East Coast. The company was founded in 2002 and released PleaseReview in beta in 2004 and formally in 2005.
