We supply protected amino acids, coupling reagents, linkers and resins, natural and unusual amino acids, and building blocks used in peptide synthesis, peptidomimetic and medicinal chemistry.

Reagents for PEGylation

We supply monodisperse and polydisperse hydrophilic linkers used to improve solubility and pharmacokinetic properties of peptides, proteins, biopharmaceuticals and organic drug molecules. We carry the worldwide largest portfolio, supplying short monodisperse compounds with increasing chain length up to large, polydisperse polymers.

Reagents for life science research

We supply enzyme substrates and special proteins, diagnostic and biochemistry tools, and natural products with biological and pharmacological activity, like immunsuppressiva: Aflatoxines, Cyclosporines, Geldanamycin, Rapamycin, etc.

Biocatalysis

We offer a wide range of immobilised enzymes, enzyme carriers and unusual and innovative enzymes for modern biocatalysis. Synthesis or optical resolution of racemic mixtures of amines, amides and esters are applications which are widely used. Esterification and transesterification with lipases and esterases are used in commercial production from the food industry to biodiesel production.

Contract manufacturing

We carry out many contract manufacturing projects (cGMP and ISO9000) and our strong points are unusual derivatives with one or several chiral centres.

As well as our closest joint-venture partners we also cooperate on an exclusive basis with around 35 worldwide selected manufacturers and leading universities with specific expertise in the areas of our activities.
