Controlled release microspheres and rod-like implants

InnoCore's proprietary SynBiosys® technology comprises a biodegradable polymer platform that can be applied either as a drug eluting coating or as an injectable or implantable pharmaceutical sustained release depot formulation. InnoCore's formulation expertise includes controlled release microspheres and rod-like implants. This in-depth knowledge of both depot formulation- and polymer technologies gives InnoCore the tools to develop state of the art drug delivery concepts for its customers.

SynBiosys biodegradable polymer technologies

Due to its easily adjustable chemical, physical and biodegradation properties, SynBiosys polymers provide optimal control over the release characteristics not only for small & mid-size drug molecules but also the (larger) biotech derived compounds. InnoCore's partnerships are typically based on a licensing and development agreement. With a multi-disciplinary team of scientists and sophisticated processing and analytical techniques, InnoCore designs tailor-made drug delivery systems and formulations for the partner's drug molecule.
