In June 2009, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, a division of Wyeth, and Catalyst Biosciences, Inc. entered into an exclusive worldwide collaboration to discover, develop and commercialize Factor VIIa products to treat hemophilia and other bleeding conditions.
